Gold Miners ETF

May 23, 2006. Forgot to mention the new gold miners ETF that launched yesterday. It opened at $37.25 and is above $38.00 today. The ETF (electronically traded fund) invests in gold miners across the board so you can own a piece of each without having to pick and chose. An ETF can be an interesting part of a portfolio, but isn't good for everyone. They can carry charges you may not want to deal with. ALWAYS check out any investment CAREFULLY before you get your cash involved. We are not recommending it, just mentioning it for your information. Gold is back up a bit this morning.
