Back from vacation. Saw that gold paner had a few things to say this past week. Claims on the Arkansas River near B.V. have been in the news lately. Seems someone took to sugaring the pumps of some of the men working their claims in the area last week. There has been talk of claim jumping and overfiling again this year. GPOC has a new claim in the area that was overfiled and the new claiments tossed some members out saying that the claim wasn't legal. At trip to the Lakewood office this week will tell all. Thanks for the heads up about the other claims not being approved. Funny how Eric was so nice and let these guys rape and pillage his claim all summer then when they get their own claim they have to get nasty. I will be up next month as well with the mother sumper. Mark
We will be up there next month as well. Should be interesting. BLM legal says that the claim is ours as any overfilers filed 10 months after our original filing, and we are already filed for this next year. I guess they like giving BLM the $15.00 to search the claim. They said they have had some 60 claims overfiled this year. HookedonGold
